I ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. You will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee of 100%. Deposits do go towards your total balance. Deposits may be transferred ONCE if rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment. However, deposits can NOT be transferred to another individual. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. If you are running late to your appointment please notify me as soon as possible. You are allowed a 10 minute grace period, then you will be charged $10 plus $1 for each additional minute you’re late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be canceled. At this point you will be charged the 100% no-show fee.
